How to use our Sloppy Scaling software

1. Download SloppyScaling.py, and examples: AXXModule.py WindowScalingInfo.py

2. Run example:  Download data, use ipython to run AXXModule.py, try function AXX.PlotBestFit() and other functions included in SloppyScaling.py.

3. Mimic AXXModule by importing your own data, specifying parameters, and scaling theory.
