The ``Versus T'' plot gets longer and longer as you run. At some point, this begins to slow down the rest of the program: replotting thousands of points each time step can get slow. To avoid this, the plot is automatically pruned to no more than NMAX points (currently 1000): this is substantially larger than the resolution of the plot, but can cause noticable roughness under zooming or after long runs.
